About Ashley Daugherty

I’m Ashley Daugherty, a REALTOR® with Harry Norman Forbes serving Greater Metro Atlanta, including Smyrna, Marietta, Vinings, Kennesaw, Powder Springs, Austell, Sandy Springs, East Cobb, and Cobb County.

My focus is helping people navigate some of life’s biggest real estate decisions - whether that means buying a first home, selling a current property, or building wealth through real estate investing. I specialize in residential real estate, first-time buyers, move-up sellers, and investment properties, including opportunities for fix-and-flip, BRRRR, and buy-and-hold exit strategies.

My approach is rooted in leadership, service, and attention to detail. My clients often describe me as thoughtful, efficient, proactive, and someone who stays one step ahead throughout the process.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent nearly 20 years as a professional dancer and actress and built years of experience in hospitality and customer service. Those experiences taught me the importance of communication, preparation, and creating a positive experience for every person I work with.

As a military brat who lived in 12 different homes before buying my first one in Atlanta, I understand that finding the right home is about more than square footage - it’s about finding a place where life happens.
